Customised training
Our customised training courses offer you tailored learning opportunities to develop your professional skills in a targeted manner. In addition to traditional training programmes you can also access the extensive offers of the training catalogue of the city of Karlsruhe to fall back on. You also benefit from a variety of further training opportunities via the VDV industry association and its academy. These diverse programmes ensure that your knowledge and skills are always at the highest level.
Knowledge formats
Our knowledge formats strengthen the exchange and promote learning from each other. In regular talks, our employees present topics from their day-to-day work and projects and provide valuable insights into their experiences. These formats not only support cross-divisional collaboration, but also play a central role in the onboarding process by offering new employees practical overview about the different areas of the company and make it easier to get started.
Team training
