The women's network Linie F is a joint programme of VBK I AVG I KVV and is aimed at all female colleagues in our companies. The aim is to promote dialogue, support professional development and strengthen the visibility of women in the company. Because we are convinced that diversity makes teams stronger and together we can achieve more.

A dedicated group of female employees from various departments - the so-called "Inner Circle" - coordinates the network's activities and develops formats that are tailored to the needs and interests of female colleagues. With regular events and a constantly growing network, Linie F provides impetus for more equal opportunities and cooperation.

What does Line F offer?

Events and exchange formats

Female colleagues have the opportunity to get to know each other and exchange ideas at network meetings. These include, for example, the monthly women's get-together in the NahVerzehr canteen, joint activities such as tram rides, tunnel tours or workshops on topics such as self-defence or line dancing. Special occasions such as International Women's Day are also organised with suitable formats.

Contact persons and visibility

Women's concerns are heard through the network. The equal opportunities officers are actively involved and are available as contact persons.

Arrive safely and get ahead

New female employees benefit from the network right from the start, which can make their start easier. In addition, the PRO F - Female Leadership format supports female colleagues who want to actively shape their professional development. In workshops and impulse events, methods for self-management are taught and ways for personal development are shown. The interview with Ricarda offers an insight into the format.

A network for everyone who wants to make a difference
